Circle of Security Parenting Program
Circle of Security Parenting is an internationally recognised parenting program helping parents support their social and emotional wellbeing of their kids.
About the Program
One of the best ways to support the social and emotional wellbeing of children is through the safe and secure relationships children have with their parents.
The quality of the parent and child relationship is so powerful, it supports children’s wellbeing throughout adulthood and sets them and future generations up for success.

During a typical session parents meet with our facilitator 1:1 either online or face to face where they reflect and watch video footage. The footage explains complicated concepts in easy to understand ways that most parents are able to understand.
Each session is designed to build on the one before it. This allows parents to practice new ways of being at a slow and steady pace.
Using questions that encourage reflection, parents are invited to apply what they’ve learned to their own children, own situation and their own experiences of being parented. The 1:1 environment promotes an environment of safety, which invites parents to be vulnerable.
At the end of each session parents are invited to practice what they’ve learned in the home.
Parents are encouraged to share stories about their new discoveries and celebrated as their confidence in attuned and emotionally responsive caregiving grows.
Let’s work together.
