Unsure if this group is right for you?
Working therapeutically with children and families is meaningful, rewarding and, at times, complex.
Some days, we leave the therapy room feeling connected, confident and grounded in our work. Other days, we might find ourselves holding questions, wondering about our responses, or trying to make sense of what unfolded.
While so much of our work involves supporting others, we also need spaces where we can pause, reflect and feel supported in our own professional growth.

What You’ll Gain from Participating
There isn't one particular way you should feel or practise by the end of our six months together. Your learning will be shaped by your experiences, your questions and what feels important to you.
Through participating in this space, you may find yourself:
Feeling more confident and grounded in your clinical reasoning, therapeutic decisions and professional judgement.
Developing deeper insight into your responses, assumptions, strengths and emerging areas of growth.
Discovering new perspectives through the experiences and reflections of other child and play therapists.
Feeling more connected and less isolated, knowing you have a small community alongside you.
Strengthening your reflective practice skills, with tools and questions you can continue using beyond supervision.
Reconnecting with your curiosity and creativity, bringing playfulness, authenticity and intention to your professional development.
Most importantly, I hope you'll leave our sessions feeling a little more anchored in yourself and in the meaningful work you do with children and families.
What Makes this Program Different
This is not drop-in supervision or generic case discussion.
This group is a contained, consistent program that allows trust, depth, and learning to develop over time.
The supervision space is:
Creative Reflection Through Art and Play
Each session includes art-based reflective invitations to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences from different perspectives.
Relational and
Heart-Centred
We’ll intentionally nurture a space where curiosity, authenticity, respect and compassion can be present, while recognising that trust develops thorugh our experiences together.
Your Real Experiences Guide our Conversations
Whether you’re exploring a clinical challenge, a therapeutic relationship, an ethical dilemma or your development as a therapist, each session is guided by what you want to explore.
Learning Alongside
other Therapists
Group supervision offers opportunities to build relationships, exchange perspectives and experience connection that can come from learning alongside others who understand the work.
This group honours both the clinical complexity of child therapy and the human experience of being a therapist.
Who this group is for
This group has been created for child and play therapists across disciplines and experience levels who value thoughtful, collaborative professional development.

You may particularly enjoy this group if you:
Appreciate creative, art and play-based approaches to learning.
Enjoy exploring your practice with curiosity rather than focusing solely on solutions.
Value learning from the experiences and perspectives of other practitioners.
Want a regular space to reflect on clinical challenges, professional growth and the impact your work has on your wellbeing.
Are looking for connection with a small, consistent group of therapists.
Are comfortable participating in shared reflection and contributing to the learning of others.
This group may not be the right fit if:
You are seeking highly directive or checklist-based supervision
You prefer performance-focused feedback
You are not currently working therapeutically with children or families
Ready to take the next step?
If you’re seeking a supervision space that feels safe, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive, you’re warmly invited to enquire.
