Group Supervision for Child Therapists

Deepen your therapeutic insight, explore the complexities in practice and develop practice sustainability in community.

At Children’s Therapy Tasmania, supervision is where safety, ethics and growth meet. Across three months, this group program invites new or experienced child therapists to feel grounded in their practice, deepen child engagement, and work skilfully with trauma, attachment and the systems around each child.

The Details

Monthly 90 minute group supervision sessions that are held online via Microsoft Teams

Monthly sessions, out side of work hours starting at 7pm (Hobart time)

Cost is $90 per session

3 themed topics (find out the dates and topics below)

Closed group to support building safety and connection

Small group sizes (no more than 6 participants including the facilitator)

Option to continue in the group for another three months.

Facilitated by: Ashleigh Stimpson (Child Therapist and Supervisor)

This group is for new or experienced child therapists working with children aged 0-12 years of age.

It’s for therapists who are seeking support, structure and a sense of belonging or community.

Therapists across a range of disciplines are welcome. This includes: social workers, counsellors, play therapists, psychologists, art therapists and others.
